Flight Cancellations:
In the event that a customer must cancel their reserved flight, refund availability is assured, subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will be eligible for a full refund provided the booking was made at least seven days before the flight's scheduled departure.
- Any cancellation made after the 24-hour period may be subject to an appropriate cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refundable amount. The rest of the amount will be returned to the original form of payment.
Flight Changes:
If a customer needs to change their flight to a different date or destination, they may incur some fees. The final refund amount, on the occasion of a flight adjustment, will depend on the airline's particular charge and service rates.
Delayed or Cancelled Flights:
In case the flight is delayed or cancelled by Air Reservation Travel, passengers will be rebooked on the next available flight at no additional cost. If rebooking is not suitable or desired, passengers will receive a full refund to their original form of payment.
Refund Processing:
Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days of the cancellation request. Please note that the timeframe of refund posted on your account is dependent on your bank’s or card's issuer’s policies.
Non-Refundable:
Certain booking classes or certain promotional fares might be non-refundable as per airline fare rules. We recommend customers to make sure they understand the terms and conditions before making reservations.
